- Model Calmness: Be a Role Model on how one can remain calm despite the circumstance.
- Exit & Calm Down: Exit from a situation where anger is likely to flare up and take time to calm down.
- Develop a Feeling Vocabulary: Teach your child how to express his anger in words rather than in actions.
- Create a Calm Down Poster: Make a Big Poster displaying ways of expressing one’s anger.
- Develop an Awareness of Early Warning Signs: Help child recognise the warning signs of the onset of anger in them.
